It is amazing to see how the same graphic image passes through thousands of years and completely different cultures: on this small coin weighing 2.07 grams, the swastika symbol harmoniously coexists with a Buddhist stupa, a sacred tree and a winding line of river waters. When you hold such a thing in your hands, you understand how deeply our modern perception of ancient signs has been distorted by the influence of recent history, while for the ancient man from the foothills of the Himalayas this pattern was only a wish for light, good luck and the continuous passage of time.
