I don't actually have much to say on the matter of Church Militant itself. If you know of CM, you already have an opinion on them and their various scandals and reputations. Seeing this news just made me think about the current state of the various right and nationalist factions in the United States and the growing vacuum. It's affecting everyone irrespective of whether they see themselves as a TradCath or a paleocon or a National Socialist or whatever their preferred nomenclature is. I've even heard Fuentes, who almost certainly gets the lion's share of attention, talk about being 'blackpilled' these days. I don't think the shake up process has completed yet, but it's not as though anyone has died. They've begun to pivot more to harder power but in terms of narrative trendsetters under their right-wing allies within the commentariat, all they've had to fall back on is backbiting irony and ridicule.
