✍️HOW TO MAKE BOURNVITA AT HOME AND MAKE IT A BUSINESS ✍️INGREDIENTS 300g of Cocoa powder 250g of Icing sugar 250g of Milk flavouring powder 120g of Powder milk 1 Egg white ✍️✍️Procedure: Get a clean dry bowl, pour in ur cocoa pwd, Icing sugar & mix very well, add ur milk flavouring powder, the powder milk & mix, break ur egg remove d yolk, use only d white water & mix everything together till its all blend very well. Use ur hand to mix, then put in oven to dry very well, u will notice that it is done in d next 10 to 15mins but if u don't have oven, u can use stove or gas. U can double the pot, make sure u don't allow it to get burn. Some use more than one egg but I decided to use 1 & it came out well. Pour in d powder milk before d egg white ✍️✍️If u want to do Milo use d same method but d only thing is that d powder milk will be much than the cocoa powder.

Mandazi 😋😋. One of the secrets is to use buttermilk or plain yogurt. Ingredients include: 4cups all purpose flour 2TB spoon baking powder 3/4 cup sugar (adjust according to your liking) 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) 1TB Spoon plain yoghurt or buttermilk/mala 1/4cup coconut milk or regular milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1TB spoon grated lemon rind 1TB spoon grated fresh ginger (optional) 1/2 cup cooking oil (adjust according to your liking) 3 eggs 1TB spoon melted butter (optional) 1/2teaspoon grinded cardamom (optional) Extra 2TB spoon flour enough oil to fry Procedure *Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. *Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl. *Pour the wet into the dry and start kneading until the dough isn't sticky on your hands. *Cover and let it rest for 10-15 mins. *Open and divide your dough into two. *Dust your surface with a little or a little oil and roll out your dough not too thick or thin (like in doughnuts/donuts dough). *Cut into desired shapes...circular, triangle, square. *Finally deep fry in a medium heated oil.
