Nowadays, a certain pattern is being observed in SME IPOs (not in all cases, but in some). Initially, premium apps show a very high GMP, seeing which investors apply for the IPO. Later, as per NSE/BSE circulars, SME IPOs generally do not get cancelled (though this should be verified by reading the RHP and the relevant circulars), and around the time of listing, that premium suddenly disappears. After listing, the stock often goes into a lower circuit and selling pressure continues for more than one day. This does not mean that all SME IPOs are bad—many good and fundamentally strong IPOs are also coming to the market. The only point is that decisions should not be made solely on the basis of GMP or premium apps. One should apply only after properly understanding the company’s fundamentals, business model, valuation, and risks. This message is only for awareness, so that all of us can make informed decisions. 👍

Aaj-kal SME IPOs mein ek pattern dekhne ko mil raha hai (sab mein nahi, par kuch cases mein). Premium apps par pehle GMP kaafi high dikhaya jata hai, jise dekh kar investors apply kar dete hain. Baad mein, NSE/BSE ke circular ke according SME IPO cancel nahi hoti or shyd cancel hti h iske liye ek baar rhp or circular read kre , aur listing ke aas-paas woh premium gayab ho jata hai. Iske baad kai baar stock lower circuit mein chala jata hai aur ek se zyada din tak pressure bana rehta hai. Iska matlab yeh nahi hai ki saare SME IPO kharab hain — kaafi achhe aur fundamentally strong IPOs bhi aa rahe hain. Bas itna kehna hai ki sirf GMP ya premium apps ke basis par decision na lein. Company ke fundamentals, business model, valuation aur risk ko samajh kar hi apply karein. Yeh message sirf awareness ke liye hai, taaki hum sab informed decision le saken. 👍
