Apple releases iOS and iPadOS 26.1 Beta 1 for developers.

Completely random, but anyone with an iPhone SE 2 or 3, what does the home button haptic settings menu look like on iOS 26?

iOS 26 vs iOS 18.5 🔋 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲: increased with +0.19%, so a small increase in battery life. ⏱ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: increased with +0.07%, so no significant change in performance. These results are averages, so they may vary on each device. Please also note: ⬇️

• Tests of iOS 18.5 are about 4 months old and battery health on our test device (13 mini) has dropped a bit since. • We use Geekbench to measure these results, which does not use Liquid Glass. Its effects on performance and battery life thus might not be reflected.

• From personal experience: Battery life is in fact pretty good without a noticeable decrease (after indexing has finished). Perceived performance does take a small hit because of all the additional animations and glass effects.
