With heightened levels of exhaust fumes and stress among city dwellers, it comes as no surprise that there is an excessive demand for recreational public amenities, particularly the lush greenery. It acts as a natural barrier against the urban smog and provides the meditative environment for residents living in those places. Unlike the countryside, the downtown area has insufficient parks along with the natural beauty, which already deprives some individuals from being close to the nature. Not only does it affect their psychological and mental wellbeing but it also cultivates the social fabric among community members to interact and spend leisure time meaningfully. Despite some arguments for the construction of accommodation in urban centers, the conservation of land has to be strictly monitored so as to maintain sustainable practices and preserve trees that prevent the air pollution. Given such eco-friendly approaches, the number of ailments amongst children as well as the elderly will reduce, as forest located within the center will filter the environment.
