Update on this. I've been told that channel owners can change their channels to allow forwarding again to other channels. I can't verify this myself but if you own a channel and that hotfix works, lmk please!
Heads up, Telegram is shadowbanning/outright banning a bunch of NSFW channels, where you can't forward their posts into groups etc
Mine APPEARS unaffected for now, but we'll see what happens sadly
