The potential initial demand is 64 times the 2024 shipments.
At approximately $30,000 per GPU, it would amount to $3.84 trillion in total sales in the coming years.

The PEG (Price/Earnings to Growth) ratio is an investment metric devised by Peter Lynch. This ratio improves upon the traditional P/E ratio by incorporating a company's expected earnings growth rate. It's calculated by dividing the P/E ratio by the annual EPS growth.
Stocks should always be forward-looking. Even if Nvidia experienced massive growth in the past year, what's crucial is the next year and the years to come.
However, it's generally challenging to accurately estimate earnings too far in the future, as most predictions could be significantly off.
My approach is to calculate the PEG based on forward earnings, 1 year and 2 years out.
According to these estimates, as illustrated in the chart, Nvidia appeared significantly undervalued with a PEG of 0.68, based on the forward 1-year earnings PE/growth rate. However, the gap narrows when looking 2 years ahead.
