Amit Seth | Sebi Registered RA Reg No INH300009172 Relative Strength is a very a subtle concept which is being blatantly being misused these days with faulty interpretations Relative Strength is used to find find outperforming sectors and stocks and vice versa 1. Strong RS does not mean that you will enter the stock any where. 2. Strong RS is used to spot outperforming stocks. Entry will always be as per zone,price action and stage of trend 3. Sometimes the strong RS stocks may be in topping out Stage as they may have already completed the trend. So just didn’t blindly use RS for Trading

Positional Trading either long or short is not easy because of the above person You will have play for small moves !!!

Index Option Algo took 3 trades till 2.45 PM Decent Profit in first 2 trades 3rd Trade hit stop loss Profit for the day reduced Had to go some where at 2.45 PM System is cloud based - so was on 2 things on Mind 1. Profit reduced 2. Already 2.50 Pm - not expecting further trade from Algo system as last trade cut off time is 3.10 PM Was driving and didn’t track anything after 2.45 Just saw algo took another trade at 3 PM and was squared in profit at 3.10 PM Morale of the Story If you are system trader, let the algo run full hog and don’t tinker with the system. This is the best of Algo - no human bias and emotions!!!
