The recent post about Ukraine armed forces holding their people at gunpoint from evacuating is FALSE! I had to reverse image search to verify after a person critiqued it to be photoshopped and it turned out to be an altered image from a Nairobi earthquake or so. This is what we appreciate from this community! Unlike other channels that stick to their misinformation. We are happy to be critiqued!

Ask yourself these questions at the end of each day and write them down in a journal. Do this for a MINIMUM 30 days. They can be healthy habits, work activities, social relationships, environments and so on. At the end of the 30 days, go to a high energy place and read through your answers. Contemplate what comes up repeatedly. Using this information , you will be able to have a crystallized version of what you should pursue in life, what you should avoid, and what you need to work on. While you won’t have a complete life plan, you will have actionable points to improve on. Maybe you will learn some things about yourself, maybe you will need to reevaluate what you say you care about or what other people think you should be doing. It’s all a process, but this provides a springboard for you to delve further into what really gives you life. Find your IKIGAI - Your Reason for Being.
