The surest way to “pray without ceasing” is to take up the Divine Office, or Liturgy of the Hours. Even if you only do Lauds (morning prayer) and Vespers (evening prayer). The Divine Office is the only prayer outside the Mass itself that the Church regards as Her own public prayer. It is not a private devotion. It is does not have its origin in any apparition.
