The surest way to “pray without ceasing” is to take up the Divine Office, or Liturgy of the Hours. Even if you only do Lauds (morning prayer) and Vespers (evening prayer).
The Divine Office is the only prayer outside the Mass itself that the Church regards as Her own public prayer. It is not a private devotion. It is does not have its origin in any apparition. It is the how the Church breathes and beats Her heart constantly throughout the day.
It contains psalms, canticles, scriptural readings, hymns, and prayers for each day. It is how the Bride of Christ offers Her spousal affections to Christ, Her Bridegroom. Uniting yourself to this prayer will help your spiritual life, there is simply no doubt about it.

other religions profess that the blessed will love and be loved by God in the next life, but only Christianity teaches that the blessed will love and be loved by God as God Himself loves and is loved from within the inner chamber of His own heart

Before Christ, the liturgical language of the (then) chosen people fit their tribal exclusivity, but after Christ, God ensured that the liturgical language of the Mother of all Churches be taken not from a tribe but from an Empire, symbolizing through Latin the imperial universality of Christ’s messianic Kingdom

the reason why mortal sin has the capacity to exclude one from communion with God is because it is an act of spiritual adultery whereby the soul chooses for itself spiritual intimacy with sin in the place of its only true Bridegroom, severing its nuptial bond with God

in a certain sense, Christianity is the only religion that truly believes in Divine self-revelation, in that it is the only religion that makes very specific revelatory claims about the inner dynamics of God’s Life as He is in Himself which cannot be known by reason alone

it is unreasonable to expect all to be saved, but it would be more unreasonable and wicked to withhold prayer for the salvation of any particular human being living or dead
embracing both sides of this paradox is the only way to avoid insanity concerning the number of the saved
