Most people missed the fact that @macklemore cleverly disguised “popping tags” when you’re broke as a lesson in bending the #Matrix. Think about it. The Matrix assigns everything a tag: <valuable> <worthless> <rich> <poor> <success> <failure> But the tag isn’t the thing itself. It’s information assigned to the thing. That $500 shirt isn’t intrinsically worth $500. Somebody tagged it, branded it, and convinced everyone to agree. So Macklemore walks into the Matrix with “only $20 in my pocket” and starts popping tags—rejecting assigned value and hunting for overlooked value. And what do you do in a thrift shop? You BROWSE. What do you do on the internet? You BROWSE. A browser takes encoded information and renders it into an experienced environment. Tags help tell the system how information is identified and interpreted. Then there’s Granddad’s clothes: what one generation discarded, another generation rediscovers as treasure. Ancient wisdom. Forgotten knowledge. Lost technologies. Inherited truth hiding in plain sight. And the $20? That’s the five loaves and two fish. The Matrix says: “You don’t have enough.” #Jesus asks: “What do you have?” Five loaves. Two fish. Twenty bucks. Different story. Same inversion of scarcity. Neo bent the spoon. Jesus multiplied the bread. #Macklemore popped the tags. The common principle? Never accept the first description of reality as the final one. Macklemore didn’t. He started popping tags outside the Thrift Shop. With #Palestine, he looked at the political, media and entertainment machinery assigning labels to people, protests and events—and refused to let those labels define reality. He wrote Hind’s Hall, challenged the prevailing narrative around him, put his career capital behind what he believed, and even described the song as arriving through “divine timing” and coming from “source.” He also flipped the script on the Zionist billionaire’s and their narrative. While a lot of people thought ended his career, he actually ended a big chunk of bullshit in the Matrix and became more famous and influential than ever before. That’s real manifestation. Stop accepting the tags handed to you, choose what you will give value to, and then act until the reality around you begins to change. Maybe Macklemore never left the Thrift Shop. He just realized the whole Matrix is one.

More MAGA hysteria to get people crazy. The MAGA obsession with “Sharia law” is one of the strangest political fantasies in American life. We’re repeatedly warned that Muslims are going to “take over” America and impose Islamic law on the rest of us. It’s as though the United States is somehow one election away from becoming a theocracy. But Sharia law doesn’t exist as the governing law of the United States. It cannot simply replace the Constitution because a religious group supposedly becomes large enough. Our government is bound by the Constitution, federal and state law, and a separation of church and state. Religious belief does not come with the power to rewrite American law. The idea that millions of American Muslims are secretly plotting to overthrow the constitutional order and impose Sharia is not a serious description of American reality. It is a fear narrative built around an imaginary takeover. And there is something deeply ironic about people who constantly warn about government imposing religion on Americans while simultaneously demanding that their own religious worldview shape the law. America does not need protection from a fictional Muslim takeover. It needs a little more protection from political hysteria masquerading as reality.

In 3 years, the remaining #MAGAtards will finally all look around and ask, “Why didn’t anyone warn us sooner?” 🤡
