Being a caregiver isn't just a job—it's a calling. But caregivers can often give so much of themselves, their time, and attention that they run the risk of neglecting their own health and well‑being, depleting their energy and eventually their compassion. Taking time to recharge can make us happier, healthier, and more well-balanced caregivers and remind us how to reconnect with our inner compassion.
