Dear XChange World Community,
The negative events which we mentioned of last summer unfortunately are still there, but less active, but there are still threats to the founders and to staff continuously. This has been going on since June 2022 until today.
Their way is not legal, also their “recovery agent” is not licensed or legal, and threatening founders constantly with messages.
It is very important to know to all community members, which paid money for this, that they are part of the criminal actions against founders and staff of EXW, all information is already handed over to the various authorities.
The work meanwhile could continue in the background.
All EXW operations, funds and projects have been handed over to a fiduciary.
As you could see, the basic website is online and the back office continues to be online for overview of all members. More to follow soon: www.exworld.com
More information will follow after mid march, as announced deadlines of starting of payouts scheduled, the members who left the project with their initial deposit and the members who will choose a payment schedule.

We want to inform you about the negative events which were happening the past weeks and are still ongoing.
There is a community being done outside of EXW, with the aim of its leader to get your funds back. Unfortunately not in a legal way as they claim, with threats to Manuel and Pirmin and to some leaders like death threats and more.
Luckily the UAE government helped to put Manuel in safety and take care of it.
The whole group will be held accountable, with all the leaders promoting it and pushing our members to join, all information is already handed over to the various authorities in UAE, Germany, Italy, Austria and Portugal.
This has to stop to guarantee the continuation of our work and not harm it as its being done right now. And if this continues all funds and projects from EXW will be frozen by the authorities for investigation.
All EXW operations, funds and projects are being handed over to a fiduciary because of this threats to Manuel and Pirmin.
On the back we had to stop our operations, as also EXW Staff has been threatened. We are all waiting for this to end to get back to normal operations to work and to keep our deadlines of starting of payout in the first quarter of January, 2023.

We regret to inform you that certain individuals and members of the XChange World community have decided to take the law into their own hands. These individuals have not only threatened staff and founders of EXW but also brought several of our summon projects in danger.
We are writing to you to inform you that under no circumstances will this kind of behavior be tolerated. People who resort to threatening behavior and thereby attempting to put their own needs before everyone else's have NO place in the XChange World community.
Please let this message serve as a WARNING to everyone not to fall for the false promises of aligning in groups to force an outcome at the expense of everyone else. This will NEVER happen - quite the contrary! We are and we will continue to carefully monitor these groups and anyone related or supportive to this kind of behavior is risking termination and thereby forfeiting their right to their accounts. Please help us in communicating this to your teams and should you have team members who have aligned themselves with the groups of people mentioned above then we will give them a 7 day window of opportunity to write us to avoid termination.
It is our hope that you all understand that we remain committed to the EXW community and thereby the protection of our common assets. While we share the disappointment with everyone when it comes to the timeline we can not and will not accept the threat of violence as a means to “bypass” everyone else.

We got information of unofficial webinars and unofficial groups being formed around in different countries, the informations are not from the company and are not confirmed by the company.
All forms of threats as done by certain leaders will not be tolerated.
We are working hard on solving all situations happened in the past.
2.574 people that decided to leave our project are being paid out we are through with 1/3 and more to follow to finish all to get back their initial deposit.
