Automation of Milestone Award Claims
It is informed that the Milestone Award Claim Module is being automated in the HRMS Package.
In view of the transition to the automated process, the designated GL Account used for the manual processing of Milestone Award claims will be blocked shortly. Accordingly, no manual/offline claims shall be entertained thereafter.
In respect of all Milestone Awards already sanctioned in the system as on date, the concerned employees are advised to debit/claim the eligible amount on or before 15/09/2026 by 05:00 PM, without fail.
After the stipulated cut-off date and time, the designated GL Account may be blocked, and no manual entry/claim shall be permitted or entertained under any circumstances.
All concerned are requested to ensure that all pending eligible claims/entries are completed well within the prescribed deadline.
