Something inside of me awakened and I began to research ways to heal myself, naturally!💪🌿 There was a lot of trial & error, as I used myself as a guinea pig.😂 Family & friends thought I had lost my mind!🤪 I put myself through school, so I could learn about root cause healing & help others.🙏💛

In a remarkable case study, an 80-year-old Japanese-American woman with advanced Alzheimer’s disease, diagnosed ten years prior, showed significant temporary improvements after receiving high doses of psilocybin-containing magic mushrooms under medical supervision.
For the past five years, she had been largely nonverbal, limited to monosyllables, suffered from chronic urinary incontinence, reduced mobility, and complete dependence on caregivers for daily activities.
She was administered a five-gram dose of Enigma strain mushrooms. Following an initial phase of agitation, profuse sweating, and prolonged deep sleep, she spontaneously began speaking in full sentences around 19 hours later, engaging in extended autobiographical conversations that lasted several hours.
Over the subsequent days and weeks, she regained bladder control, improved her walking and dressing abilities, displayed greater emotional expression, humor, and social engagement. A follow-up three-gram dose one month later further enhanced her speech fluency, facial expressions, and physical agility.
Although the benefits were transient and did not reverse the underlying disease, researchers propose that psilocybin may stimulate neuroplasticity, potentially unlocking dormant neural pathways in severe neurodegenerative conditions.
This single-case report, while extraordinary, underscores the need for larger, controlled clinical trials to assess the safety, efficacy, and broader therapeutic potential of psychedelics in Alzheimer’s treatment.
