i've had this happen a couple of times but i never asked for a back out fee and i hope i won't ever need to! please be considerate to your local sellers ^^ i'll discard the back out fee idea for now
let's just say all measurements are given (or the person didn't ask but expressed interest and said they'll transfer later) & all defects are shown
so i send an invoice confirming the purchase
then later on, they back out
