| 20 | Dear customer,
We decided to retire our Tokyo CN2 products because they don't meet our customer expectations despite it's excess cost.
For existing services in TY1 with CN2 access (Node location named "TY1CN2"), starting from 16th October, your server will be updated with following changes:
1) Routing change to Softbank instead of CN2+NTT. Your IP addresses will not be changed.
2) Server uplink updated to 1Gbps shared and 500G/1TB/2TB/4TB data transfer quota to align with existing Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum server types.
3) Service period extend for 14 days as compensation.
There is no data loss to be expected, though, we still recommend you to backup your data in a routine manner.
For customers that would not accept this change, please contact customer service and ask for a refund according to your service time left.
** We can only refund to your account balance, due to the limitation of payment platforms.
