هو معهد تعليمي ثقافي تطوعي الكتروني، يهدف إلى تطوير الشباب وتأهيلهم إلى سوق العمل من خلال إقامة دورات وورشات باللغة الإنكليزية والحاسبات ومختلف المجالات
تأسس المعهد يوم 24 حزيران 2022
يتكون فريق المعهد من مجموعة من الشباب القادرين على العمل التطوعي والبعض أختصاص في اللغة الإنكليزية
