A mind without purpose wanders into dark places

There's something that starts with P that is very addictive. It's so addictive that once you get a taste of it you can't go back. That P that I'm talking about is Progress. Progress has to be the most satisfying feeling there is. To learn from your mistakes and to observe a tangible improvement, that is an unparalleled feeling, it arouses a hunger that is incomparable, a satisfaction like no other. Having big dreams is important, but to get addicted to progress is to celebrate the small milestones along the way. Yes we all want a strong body, and we should not be satisfied with where we are now, yet you must still celebrate the small wins, such as going to the gym consistently even when you didn't feel like it. Push past your edge and celebrate being there, and you will stay there. Progress is all about momentum. If your first and only target is big, exciting, world changing goals right from the start, the little stuff you need to do to learn and get some momentum won't be exciting or feasible for you. Slowly compounding, building on early wins, and making things just a little bit better day after day is the way to go.

Remember to find time for yourself to disconnect from others. It's ok to think about yourself.

You know what makes you successful? DNA Discipline N Action. Get to it.

It's impossible to be bored when you are working towards a goal. You have a body to strengthen and train, knowledge to gain, a mind to sharpen. If you're bored, you're not pushing yourself.

Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution - Aristotle

None of us are immortal. We will all die and return to dust. But our actions live forever. How many nameless men and women make up your ancestors? Their choices live today in you. How many faceless men spent their whole lives building your nation? You may never know their names, but their actions live through the land, the roads and buildings, the dams and rivers, all because of them. How many soldiers died in battle? Their actions shaped your people. Now go forth and become immortal

Some Random Thoughts: If you agree with most of what this channel post, you're part of a dying breed. The world doesn't need men like us right now, men who speak their mind, who openly conflict with each other, do as they say and say as they do, put their past differences aside for a greater cause. Men who cling onto the ideals of the old world, who dream of loving families, who act with honor and courage. The world wants men who skirt around issues, who speak to appease and act to impress, who bend to the whims of others, who ignore honor and courage and do what their heart tells them. They want men who act like girls. Not even men who act like women, just girls. To that I say, fuck that. I will continue to act the way I do with the utmost dignity and pride. I refuse to apologise for being a man who loves beauty, honor, and courage. I refuse to apologise for keeping the fire alive.

I think only two traits are really necessary for spectacular success. A sociopathic belief that you're better than everyone else and you deserve more and Unbridled focus and obsession on one thing only Combine your narcissism and autism

I love being busy. I hate having free time. Work, projects, Gym, dates, real conversations, cooking, MMA, Hikes, simply going outside and enjoying the sunset, etc Free time is spiritual junk food. Sitting there with nothing to do while Porn, Netflix, and Video Games tempts you? No thanks. I'd rather feel tired from my actions than disgusted by my lack of actions.

Apologies for the second bout of radio silence, I've had a lot on my plate with the new job. That being said, I'm not complaining since I want to eat.
