Hello lads and lassies, I've been a tad bit busy and jetlagged but we're back in the flow for this year. While I encourage everyone to try something new and go for your goals, as always, you must remember:
You can have anything you want in the world but not everything.A quick summary of essentialism by Greg McKeown, you have limited time and energy, by dispersing it everywhere you make minor progress in everything, by focusing it on one thing you make major progress in that. Of course, a lot of our energy is already taken up by work, school, etc, so what are you going to do with those sparing reserves? To make the most of it, follow a three step process 1) Explore: Identify the vital few 2) Eliminate: Cut out anything trivial 3) Execute: Make it effortless

As we enter into 2025, remember that your frame is important.
Do not shy away from being all that you are. Even if you are not yet all that you wish to become.
Keep your head up.
Stand tall.
Even if you have to scream at yourself to do so.

As I said,
New goals don't delivery new results. New lifestyles do. A life style is a process, not an outcome. Focus your energy into building better habits not chasing better results. The results will come with the habitsI stopped focusing on my goals as the priority, instead I'm prioritizing the habits I need to change to get there. One big thing I lack is focus, and God has guided me to the changes I need to make. As such, I am going to focus on reading more to rebuild that focus stamina and turning off all phone notifications apart from text. Got myself a kindle to start reading too. https://youtu.be/6QltxZ-vPMc?si=1TPQcpIY0PVNKuN8 https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/unhook-remove-youtube-rec/khncfooichmfjbepaaaebmommgaepoid
