Theme: Reclaim time. Train control. Cut the leash.

Rules: 3 Commitments for 30 Days
1. Digital Curfew (mandatory)
• No phone/internet after 9:00 PM.
• Exception: Kindle or physical books.
• Goal: Train night discipline, improve sleep, and kill useless dopamine loops.
2. Physical Non-Negotiable (choose 1):
• 45 pushups + 45 squats every day
• OR 30-min fasted walk/jog
• OR 20+ min workout (weights, calisthenics, ruck)
No zero days.
3. Daily Self-Check (all 3, fast):
• Intentions (AM): Write 1 sentence—“What am I executing today?”
• Reflections (PM): Write 1 win, 1 fail, 1 fix.
• Track vices: Mark any relapse: porn, sugar, social scroll, or skipping training.
Optional “Operator Mode” for Hardcore Users
• Add: 24-hour fast 1× per week
• Add: 5-minute cold shower or face dunk
• Add: Read 10 pages of real book per day
