Registration is now open for WIUT Hackathon 2026: “Intelligence in Use” 🚀 The Computing Department at Westminster International University in Tashkent is proud to organise the first inter-university hackathon of its kind in Uzbekistan. Organised in partnership with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and Mikrokreditbank, with the support of IT Park Uzbekistan and Yandex ML School Uzbekistan, and sponsored by Royal Motors (Toyota, BYD and Ducati), the hackathon will bring together students from educational institutions across Uzbekistan. Participants will compete in teams of three across two exciting tracks: • Computer Vision • FinTech / AI in Finance Following an online elimination round, the top 40 teams will advance to a two-day final at the WIUT campus, where they will develop their ideas, pitch their solutions to industry experts and compete for exciting prizes. Registration deadline: 20 September Online elimination round: 21-25 September Finals at WIUT: 10-11 October 🏆 90,000,000 UZS prize pool will be awarded to the top three teams in each track, along with an opportunity to join the residency programme at the innoWIUT hub.
