Bajaj Housing Finance's mega Rs 6,560-crore IPO, which opened for bidding on Monday, 9 September, was subscribed over 26 percent within one hour of opening. HNIs, or non-institutional wealthy investors, had already subscribed over half of their reserved portion.
US CPI (inflation) data will come on Wednesday.
If it comes lower, stock markets will be rocket 🚀
Bcz that would mean soft landing of economy is possible & interest rates can be reduced without worrying about inflation spiking again if rates are reduced.
The tech it uses, the data it has, cost of capital is low, parent is strong etc etc. it will receive premium validations in the sector even more than LIC housing whose AUM is 3-4X of Bajaj housing.
Those who invest in IPO, invest in Bajaj Housing IPO And not for listing gains, but hold for next 5 years.
Saying again: Nobody does lending better than Bajaj group. So it is very good for investors (not for consumers).
