ጉባኤው ኢትዮጵያ በቴክኖሎጂ እና አይቲ ዘርፍ ያላትን እምቅ አቅም ለተቀሪው አለም ለማስተዋወቅ ትልቅ አቅም ይኖረዋል፡፡ ክቡር አቶ ንጉሡ ጥላሁን የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስትር ደኤታ የተለያዩ ጀማሪ ሥራ ፈጣሪዎች፣ ቴክኖሎጂስቶች፣ ኢንቨስተሮች እና በድጅታል ኢኮኖሚ የተሰማሩ አካላት የሚሳተፉበት የእንቆጳ ጉባኤ (Enkopa summit) በአዲስ አበባ መካሄድ ጀምሯል፡፡ የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር ከሎራንዶ እና አሶሼትስ(Laurende associates) እና ከፍሎውለስ ኢቨንትና ጋር በቅንጅት ያዘጋጁት እንቆጳ ጉባኤ በአዲስ አበባ ሚኒየም አዳራሽ እየተካሄደ ይገኛል፡፡ የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ደኤታ ክቡር አቶ ንጉሡ ጥላሁን በጉባኤው መክፈቻ እንደገለጹት፣ ጉባኤው ኢትዮጵያ በቴክኖሎጂ እና አይቲ ዘርፍ ያላትን እምቅ አቅም ለተቀሪው አለም ለማስተዋወቅ ትልቅ ፋይዳ ይኖረዋል ፡፡ ድጅታል ኢኮኖሚ፣ ቴክኖሎጂ እና አይቲ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ከፍተኛ የሥራ ዕድል የሚፈጥሩ ዘርፎች መሆናቸውን የጠቆሙት ሚኒስትር ዴኤታው ሀገራችንም በአይቲ እና ቴክኖሎጂ ዘርፍ ያላትን እምቅ አቅም አውጥቶ ለመጠቀም እንቆጳ ጉባኤ መዘጋጀት መጀመሩንም ተናግረዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም ጉባኤው ሀሳብ ያላቸው ጀማሪ ቢዝነሶች ከተለያዩ የዓለም ሀገራት በዘርፉ ከተሰማሩ አካላት ጋር የሚተዋወቁበት፣ ልምድ ልውውጥ የሚያደርጉበት እና ምርቶቻቸውን የሚያስተሳስሩበት እድል እንደሚፈጥርላቸው ገልጸዋል፡፡ በጉባኤው በሀገራችን የሚገኙ ጀማሪ ሥራ ፈጣሪዎች የሥራ እንቅስቃሴያቸውን የሚያሳይ ኤግዚቢሽን የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን በሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራና ክህሎት ልማት ላይ ያተኮሩ የተለያዩ የፓናል ውይይቶች እየተካሄዱ ይገኛል፡፡ ጥቅምት 1/2016 ዓ.ም የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር ለወቅታዊ ትኩስ የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር መረጃዎች በድረገጽ፡- http://mols.gov.et/ ፌስቡክ፡- https://www.facebook.com/MolsFDRE ቴሌግራም፦https://t.me/fdre_mols ቲክቶክ:- mols_official በመወዳጀት ይከታተሉን።

Additionally, our dedicated members, Mulatu Kamsa and Minase Elias, have also secured their spots in this program. This incredible opportunity is presented by the Minister of Innovation in collaboration with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) , Addis Ababa Science and Technology University and Pragma Investment Advisory as the implementer. . It not only recognizes the potential of our talented individuals but also provides access to the MinT (Ministry of Innovation and Technology) incubation centers. የፈጠራ ስራ ስራዎቻቸውን ወደ ገበያ ማውጣት የሚያስችል የቢዝነስ ጅማሮ( Business Start Up ) ስልጠና ለተማሪዎች እና ለፈጠራ ባለሙያዎች ተሰጠ መስከረም 15/2016 ዓ.ም ***************************** የፈጠራ ስራዎችን እና የቢዝነስ ሃሳቦችን ማዳበር ለሃገራዊ ልማት ትልቅ ሚና አላቸው፡፡ መስራት በራሱ ትልቅ ውጤት ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን ፈጠራ ስራዎች እና የቢዝነስ ሃሳቦችን ወደ ገበያ ማውጣት አለመቻል ለማህበረሰቡ የሚያገኘውን ጥቅም ውስን ያደርገዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ጋር ተያይዞ የአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከኢኖቬሽን እና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስቴር እንዲሁም ፕራግማ ካፒታል ከተባለ የቢዝነስ አማካሪ ድርጅት ጋር በትብብር የቢዝነስ ጅማሮ ስልጠና ላለፉት አራት ቀናት ሲሰጥ ቆይቶ በዛሬው እለት ተጠናቋል፡፡ ስልጠናውን የሚወስዱት የፈጠራ ስራ ኖሯቸው ወደ ገበያ መግባት የሚፈልጉ ቁጥራቸው ከ25 በላይ የሚሆኑ ተማሪዎች እና የፈጠራ ባለሙያዎች ናቸው፡፡ በስልጠና የፈጠራ እና ቢዝነስ ሃሳቦችን ይዘው የመጡ ተማሪዎች ስራዎቻቸውን ወደ ገበያ የሚያቀርቡበትን ስልት የሚያዳብር ነው፡፡ በዚህም የተግባቦት፤የትስስር መፍጠሪያ ዘዴዎችን አዋጭ የቢዝነስ ሞዴል ሂደቶችን ፤የገበያ ስትራቴጂዎችን ፤የተጠቃሚዎችን ማንነት የልየታ ዘዴዎችን በስልጠናው ወቅት የተካተቱ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ናቸው፡፡ ስልጠናውን የአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ የምርምርና ቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ም/ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር አብረሃም ደበበ፤የዩኒቨርሲቲው የኢንዱስትሪ ትስስር ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር መስፍን ታፈሰ እና ከፕራግማ ካፒታል አቶ መርዕድ ብስራት ተገኝተው አስጀምረዋል፡፡ ዶ/ር አብረሃም የስልጠናውን አስፈላጊነት አስመልክተው እንደገለፁት ስልጠናው አሁን ካሉበት አንድ ደረጃ ወደ ገበያ የሚያቀርባቸው እና ሃሳቦቻቸውን እና የፈጠራ ስራዎቻቸውን ወደ ተግባር የሚለውጡበት አቅም እንደሚገነባ ገልፀዋል፡፡ ነገ ራሳቸውን እና ሃገራቸውን የሚለውጡ ስራዎችን ለመስራት የቢዝነስ ጅማሮው ስልጠናው የተሻሉ አማራጮችን እንደሚያስገኝላቸው ጨምረው አመላክተዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም እስካሁን በተሰጡ ስልጠናዎች ብዙ ልምዶችን እንዳካበቱ እና የቢዝነስ ሃሳቦችን እንዴት ወደ ገበያ ማውጣት እንደሚቻል የተለያዩ ዘዴዎችን እና ስትራቴጂዎችን ማግኘታቸውን ሰልጣኞቹ ገልፀዋል፡፡ ዘገባው የህዝብና አለምአቀፍ ግንኙነት ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ነው፡፡

We highly recommend AASTU students to take part in this program because there will be 'Mini-MBA' trainings for four days starting around September 26 to 29 for AASTU students in our campus.
