“Seasonal depression”, “cold/flu season” are literally not real. RWism posted about this already but from October until January 1st, you have a candy holiday, a pie and usually seed oil filled holiday, a cookies and candy holiday, and an alcohol holiday. And if you have an S/O, Valentine’s Day is a candy and alcohol holiday. All of that sugar and seed oils in that short amount of time adds up and impacts your brain. Add it with limited sun exposure, and bleak weather, of course you get people feeling like garbage. This is not to say you shouldn’t enjoy the holidays with your friends and family, imbibing in these drinks and food is fine in moderation. But make sure you’re keeping a healthy diet otherwise and these treats are just that—treats. This post was inspired by me watching my coworker eat half a tin of butter cookies for breakfast.

Extremely happy with the results of the Rittenhouse trial and hope this sets a precedent for multiple things: 1. Evidence winning trials and judges and juries actually sentencing within the parameters of reasonable doubt 2. Self defense cases being taken more seriously as cases of self defense—people injuring or killing their abusers/rapists/attackers/burglars—and being sentenced or not sentenced accordingly. 3. The justice system doing what it needs to instead of succumbing to social pressure and narrative of hard left media 4. Lefties and liberals realizing they don’t always get what they want just because they throw tantrums that cost millions of dollars in damage 5. If you fuck around, you’ll find out.

Women will participate in hookup culture and then feel violated afterward because they bought into the myth that meaningless sex was supposed to be empowering and make them feel really good about themselves. Instead, they (rightfully) feel used. The problem is a lot of them have too much cognitive dissonance to realize they’ve been sold a lie, and that hookup culture is actually really toxic and bad for them. Because realizing this means reconciling with the fact that feminism itself is toxic and bad for them and their best interest. So what do they do? Well they must have been assaulted of course! They’re supposed to feel good, and they don’t, so obviously it was actually rape, despite the fact that they were enthusiastically consenting at the time.
