السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته الحالة النهارده female عندها Two Hernias Epigastric ( reducible) large on size حسب كلام دكتور ماجد Paraumbilical ( above and on right side) Small in size and may be missed المريضة عندها زي خط بالطول بس دا مش حاجه عشان اللخبطة عندها برضو (حسب كلامها) cholicystitis دكتور ماجد سأل ازاي اعمل لها جراحة فيها؟؟؟؟ By endoscop ممكن ادخل من ال samll Paraumbilical Hernia اللي عندها واصلحها الأول بعدين من نفس المكان اعمل الcholicystectomy وال Hernia التانيه الدكتور قال انه حس ال defect بتاع ال Epigastric Hernia بس قال هو صعب عشان ال obesity يعنى عادي لو مش عارف

Abdominal examination : splenomegaly دكتور وليد الضبعاني هو في المجمل زي الباطنة بس الدكتور قال اهم حاجة الطريقة نفسها يعني في ال palpation لل liver وال spleen المريض بياخد نفس وانا استنى الorgan يخبط في ايدي، ماحصلش بيكرر تاني وانا بحرك ايدي وهكذا وقال طبعاً الدكتور بياخد باله ولو بتعمل وخلاص بتنقص 🙂 Palpation : بيبقى غالبا ل ٣ oranges Liver, spleen, kidney وممكن تحس ال aorta في حالات ال anurysm والطريقه مكتوبة في الورق واسئله النظري بقى اللي هي افرق بين ال spleen وال kidney وأسباب ال splenomegaly وهكذا...... تبقى معروفة

دكتور اسماعيل اخر سؤال هو causes of incisional Hernia??? الدكتور قال في أسباب في ال patient نفسه وأسباب في ال operation وأسباب من ال doctor بعدين قال preoperative و intraopertaive بس ما كملش انا كتبت اللي قاله وممكن نعرف السؤال كامل من المنهج او من جوجل لأنه كان ناقص أجزاء

Cells) Congeation = splenic vein thrombosis or portal htn Infection= typhoid, maleria, belharziasis, infectious mononucleosis HAS GOT BRIDG Hemolytic anemia Autoimmune Sickle cell anemia Gausher $ Bilharziasis Auscultation= venous hump and scratch Wide costal angle has two conditions 1- before the age of forty before closure or ossification of costal margin 2- increased IAP Scrotum is window of the abdomen as minimal ascitis cause hydrocele PR shoud be performed for pelvic ex

السلام عليكم - ان شاء الله استلام الجاكت هيكون بعد الامتحان على الساعه 1 قدام الكليه - هنلم فلوس الديكور بردو هيكون 80 جنيه مش 100 - اللي حاجز بروش "الدبوس" هيدفع 30 مع اميره زي ما هنطلع من الامتحان لو عربيه الشركه وصلت هنوزع الجاكت الأول و بعدها هنلم الفلوس .. لو حصل تأخير ف المواصلات مثلا ف هنلم الفلوس الأول و هنتابع كل حاجه مع بعض ع رسايل التليجرام ⚠️ تنبيه مهم: كل واحد مسئول انه لما يستلم الجاكت يتأكد ان المقاس بتاعه صحيح و ان مفيش غلطه ف الجاكت و لو في اي مشكله توصل الجاكت لحد من المسؤلين .. لان لو مشينا و مندوب الشركه مشي ف احنا مش مسئولين عن اي خطأ ف الجاكت
