We have added support for 152 additional TLDs! They are searchable across intelx.io, our APIs, and Phonebook.cz. π

πΉ .local and .lan TLDs are interesting re corporate environments

We are reindexing our data which will take a few weeks which means the support will be retroactive for existing data.
Another upcoming change we are working on is support for #Ethereum addresses (#Bitcoin ones were already supported).

Eugene Kaspersky says https://twitter.com/e_kaspersky/status/1498547337043525633
"We welcome the start of negotiations to resolve the current situation in Ukraine and hope that they will lead to a cessation of hostilities and a compromise. We believe that peaceful dialogue is the only possible instrument for resolving conflicts. War isnβt good for anyone."
"Like the rest of the world, we are in shock regarding the recent events. The main thing we can do in this situation is provide uninterrupted functioning of our products and services globally."
Calling the unprovoked Russian Ukrainian war a "situation" is belittling it. Asking for a "compromise" is akin to "both sides made mistakes" which is not the case and is an invalid fallacy; this is a one-sided unprovoked war started by Russia.
Paraphrasing "the main thing we can do is make money" is a joke; Eugene could have sent a letter to the Russian government and have his billionaire friends co-sign it.

π Peernet
We've worked day and night alongside our colleagues from @Peernet to help developing Peernet Alpha 7. ππ»
It's important because:
* You are the publisher.
* You are in full control - only you have the private key to change any content that you publish.
* You can share files directly (peer-to-peer) without subjecting yourself to the Terms of Service of Google or Meta. They can't ban you!
We are using it to share pictures and videos from the #UkraineWar that we collect.
For details and the download link check out the @Peernet channel.

via https://twitter.com/FedorovMykhailo/status/1497642156076511233 from the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine:
We are creating an IT army. We need digital talents. All operational tasks will be given here: https://t.me/itarmyofurraine. There will be tasks for everyone. We continue to fight on the cyber front. The first task is on the channel for cyber specialists.

It didn't take long for another unsuccessful DDoS attack against root peer 1 after our message:
7 004
Following our announcement of the #Ukraine videos cache, #Peernet root peer 1 (185.254.123.112) just has been targeted with an unsuccessful 20 Gbit DDoS attack. Started at 25.02.2022 04:29 UTC.
This DDoS attack was extraordinary and remarkable because it was as targeted as it gets: It was against port 112 ('p'), which is the default port used by Peernet.
Whoever orchestrated it, knows what they are doing, and did so quickly. This was meant to send a message.
7 004
We are actively testing using #Peernet to store and keep relevant #Ukraine pictures and videos.
Last time with the Capitol Hill riots we provided a FTP server, now we go decentral.
Follow @peernet for the upcoming Alpha 7 release which includes a video player plugin.
Why decentral? So that information can remain online as long as any peer shares it - regardless of us sharing it initially.
7 004
We are actively reaching out to federal law enforcement agencies to establish partnerships for sharing information about threat actors in accordance with our TOS and πͺπΊ law.
We are kicking it off with the FBI. ππ¨
We do not tolerate any abuse of our service.
The full letter is attached. It includes the following statement regarding the ongoing encryption debate:
"we should strengthen, not weaken, undermine, or backdoor encryption. It is technical nonsense to undermine encryption and could lead to a dangerous precedent for non-Western countries to follow."

We are thinking of introducing a Hall of Shame π€
It will include fraudsters that use stolen credit cards and stolen PayPal accounts who think it is a good idea to sign up and try to scam a security company. π
π»ββοΈ π
Fraud hurts everyone in the process: First and foremost the card holder, the processor, the merchant, and legitimate customers who absorb overhead costs.
Our Terms of Service makes it clear that we will share details of fraud with law enforcement and the public.

OSINT time! The user 'Koray Anic' thought it is a good idea to use a stolen credit card on our service - which is instantly blocked.
His emails korayanic@gmail.com and korayanic@mail.com.tr were instantly blocked, though research reveals interesting details about this person. In the attached picture you can see a search results indicating accounts on the site cardingmafia.ws, BlackHatWorld and elitecarders.
We are obviously checking each order and deactivate the account in question if fraud occurs and forward all IP addresses to law enforcement.
