Our civil discovery is helping building up the criminal cases. Any information we obtain we share with law enforcement in the US 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, Israel 🇮🇱, UK 🇬🇧, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, and Austria 🇦🇹. The wheels of justice turn slow, but they turn. News of additional actions will follow in a few months.

According to the website tonic.to, since 1997 the 'Tonic Corporation' operates the .TO registry. There is a matching 'Tonic Domains Corporation' in California from 1997. An article from 1997 https://latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1997-06-09-fi-1560-story.html mentions the company director Eric Lyon https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1997-06-09-fi-1560-story.html. So our lawyer inquired if Tonic holds a business license in Tonga. Spoiler - it does not. This is an open request. We are still seeking information related to Tonic from the Tonga Ministry of Communications.

Part of our slow but steady legal tsunami 🌊 is pre-litigation in Tonga: Never wondered about the jurisdiction of .to domains? We did now: Is it Tonga? Litigation in Tonga regarding an infringing domain would be comparably cheap and easy. This requires establishing jurisdiction first ⤵️ ".to" is actually legally established in the Tonga Communications Act 2015. Section 8 establishes the ministry of communications the authority to oversee and manage ".to" registrations.

Some of the attackers had intelx.io accounts (both registered and unregistered ones). As per our Terms of Service, we share information about the attackers with law enforcement and the public (we are currently preparing release). In January we we established a channel with the FBI. We use this channel in cases like this user, who violated our ToS and conspired in attacks against us which include death threats. Below we are partially declassifying an email we sent to the FBI in April 2022. This actor "katy" used below #Bitcoin wallet in an attempt to obtain an Intelligence X license. 🚔 We filed another 15-page criminal complaint in 🇨🇿 pursuant to these Criminal Codes: • dangerous threats under Section 353(2); • dangerous persecution under Section 354(2); • unauthorised handling of personal data pursuant to Section 180(3); The two following screenshots show the English translation.

One of the several complaints against one of several individuals was filed in Israel by counsel. Here are the first 2 pages (of 33) of the complaint. We have also informed US 🇺🇸 authorities about this individual as some of the victims include US entities. Another criminal complaint was filed in 🇨🇿 pursuant to these Criminal Codes: • unauthorised access to a computer system and information carrier pursuant to Section 230(2)(b) in conjunction with Section 230(3)(b); • extortion under Section 175(2); • defamation under Section 184(2); • dangerous threats under Section 353(2); • dangerous persecution under Section 354(2); • unauthorised handling of personal data pursuant to Section 180(3)

Intelligence X has been subject to serious threats and attacks in the last few weeks. This includes threats of terrorism. 💣🚔 We take these threats very seriously. We report any threat to the relevant authorities. Civil & criminal actions will likely take months and years to unwind. There is a lot to unpack, but we will get to that in the future. We will report back with (substantial) delay for obvious reasons.

Additional legal actions against other defendants will be announced later this week.

🚔 Today we filed a 14-page criminal complaint against a 🇬🇧 person pursuant to, ➡️ Unauthorized access to the computer system and information carrier pursuant to Section 230 (3) of the Criminal Code; ➡️ Dangerous threats according to § 353 of the Criminal Code. Fun fact: The police and public prosecutor likely would not have been aware of the other alleged crimes of the individual. Threatening the life of our employees is a serious crime and we will go the legal extra mile on this one. ⚖️
