Minor improvement in the Leaks API (used by Identity Portal): Invalid date parameters now result in HTTP 400 Bad Request, making debugging much easier.

The original BreachForums domains breached[.]vc/co/to displays an updated message today.
Defendant's conditions of bail release (2023-03-16) states he "shall not access the BreachForums website". There is no evidence to suggest that ownership of all 3 domains may have changed, and it is unlikely that ownership or administration of the domains changed without knowledge of related parties.

United States v. Fitzpatrick (1:23-mj-00067) update:
The only public update in this case is a set of sealed orders. This is interesting given the hesitation by the FBI to charge Conor Brian Fitzpatrick with additional counts (2021 FBI email hack, 2021 Robinhood breach, and others) despite their long preparation in this case.
This is hardly a surprise; most federal criminal cases (90%) result in a guilty plea, only 2% go to trial (with the rest 8% being dismissed). (source: Pew Research Center)

His website is still up and lists previous Twitter accounts including @seds (suspended) and @xml. His previous Twitter account (also suspended) is @pompompur_in.

In 2021 defendant Conor Brian Fitzpatrick admitted to the Robinhood hack by tricking a "help desk employee into installing a remote access software".
