الاعراض مال الـ emphysema اذا صارت خلال اي dental procedure بسرعة نميزها وتحدث خلال العلاج او بعده و تختلف حسب البيشنت وشدة الكيس مثل تورم الوجه والرقبة وتغير لون الجلد و crackling sound during palpation (crepitus) من نتلمسها نحس بصوت مثل الطقطقة واغلب الكيسات ما تتطلب علاج تروح من وحدها After 2–4 days وممكن نوصف للبيشنت Antibiotics او اذا عنده الم نوصفله Analgesics وننطي تعليمات للبيشنت No →smoking ,blow and vomiting

بالاندو ممنوع نستخدم الـ air water syringe(triple syringe) حتى ننشف القنوات مال الجذر لان راح يصير للبيشنت Subcutaneous or Submucosal Emphysema→ { air entrapped} راح ينحصر هواء داخل الانسجة تحت الجلد لذلك نستخدم الpaper point حتى ننشف الcanals ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ هاي الحالة ايضا يسموها cervicofacial subcutaneous emphysema (CFSE)
