We acknowledge that the processing of Veward redemptions has taken longer than we expected, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding during this period. We informed you earlier this month that we implemented mandatory KYC procedures for the Vewards redemption program in November as part of our ongoing development on the platform. We are pleased to report that most of the members who received KYC verification have already received their Vewards redemption. For the few remaining ones, they will be completed in the coming days. December Vewards Redemption Vewards redemption requests on December 1st will only be allowed on accounts that are KYC verified, and it may take up to 30 days to complete these requests. We also want to inform you that all KYC submissions before November 1st have been reset, necessitating a re-submission of documentation to integrate with our new system.
