Eight persons-A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H visit Ajanta caves in different months i.e. March, June, August and November of the same year on 16th and 25th of the given months. All of them belong to different cities i.e. Jaipur, Agra, Meerut, Surat, Lucknow, Nagpur, Chennai and Indore. All the information is not necessarily in the same order.
B visits Ajanta cave just after the one who belongs to Chennai. B visits on an even numbered date. Three persons visit between B and the one who belongs to Indore. H visits in the month having even number of days. A visits two persons after H. A belongs to neither Chennai nor Nagpur. The one who belongs to Jaipur visits before H. Three persons visit between the one who belongs to Nagpur and the one who belongs to Jaipur. The number of persons visit before B is one less than the number of persons visit after E. D visits three persons before E. H belongs to neither Agra nor Meerut. The one who belongs to Lucknow visits in the month which doesn’t has odd numbered days. The one who belongs to surat visits before the one who belongs to Lucknow but not just before. G visits after F but doesn’t belong to Lucknow. C visits two persons after the one who belong to Meerut.

B, चेन्नई से संबंधित व्यक्ति के ठीक बाद अजंता की गुफाओं का दौरा करता है। B एक सम संख्या वाली तिथि पर दौरा करता है। B और इंदौर से संबंधित व्यक्ति के बीच में तीन व्यक्ति दौरा करते हैं। H, उस महीने में दौरा करता है, जिसमें दिनों की संख्या सम होती है। A, H से दो व्यक्तियों के बाद दौरा करता है। A, न तो चेन्नई और न ही नागपुर से संबंधित है। जयपुर से संबंधित व्यक्ति, H से पहले दौरा करता है। नागपुर से संबंधित व्यक्ति और जयपुर से संबंधित व्यक्ति के बीच में तीन व्यक्ति दौरा करते हैं। B से पहले दौरा करने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, E के बाद दौरा करने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से एक कम है। D, E से तीन व्यक्तियों से पहले दौरा करता है। H, न तो आगरा और न ही मेरठ से संबंधित है। लखनऊ से संबंधित व्यक्ति, उस महीने में जाता है जिसमें दिनों की संख्या विषम नहीं होती है। सूरत से संबंधित व्यक्ति, लखनऊ से संबंधित व्यक्ति से पहले दौरा करता है लेकिन ठीक पहले नहीं। G, F के बाद दौरा करता है लेकिन वह लखनऊ से संबंधित नहीं है। C, मेरठ से संबंधित व्यक्ति से दो व्यक्तियों के बाद दौरा करता है।

Ten persons P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X and Y live in a four-storey building such that ground floor is numbered as 1, just above it is floor 2 then topmost floor is numbered as 4. Each of the floors has 3 flats in it as flat-1, flat-2 and flat-3. Flat-1 of floor-2 is immediately above flat-1 of floor-1 and immediately below flat-1 of floor-3 and so on. In the same way flat-2 of floor-2 is immediately above flat-2 of floor-1 and immediately below flat-2 of floor-3 and so on. Flat-2 is in west of flat-3 and is in east of flat-1. Not more than one person lives in each flat. Some flats are vacant but none of the adjacent flats are vacant.
Note: Only immediate south, immediate north, immediate east and immediate west with respect to any person considered as an adjacent flats.
S lives on an odd numbered floor but not in odd numbered flat. Y lives to the northwest of S. Y lives on an even numbered floor. Two floors gap is between T and Y. T lives to the south of vacant flat. T lives to the south east of W. At least one person lives to the west of W. Y doesn’t live with W on the same floor. Q lives above vacant flat in the same flat as T. U lives on an even numbered floor and to the immediate north west of vacant flat. W and U live on different floors. X lives to the north west of vacant floor. R lives to the east of X. No one lives to the south of P.

ध्यान दीजिए: किसी भी व्यक्ति के संबंध में केवल निकटतम दक्षिण, निकटतम उत्तर, निकटतम पूर्व और निकटतम पश्चिम वाले फ्लैट को निकटस्थ फ्लैट के रूप में माना जाता है।
S एक विषम संख्या वाले तल पर रहता है लेकिन विषम संख्या वाले फ्लैट में नहीं रहता है। Y, S के उत्तर-पश्चिम में रहता है। Y एक सम संख्या वाले तल पर रहता है। T और Y के बीच में दो तलों का अंतर है। T रिक्त फ्लैट के दक्षिण में रहता है। T, W के दक्षिण-पूर्व में रहता है। कम से कम एक व्यक्ति W के पश्चिम में रहता है। Y, W के साथ समान तल पर नहीं रहता है। Q, T के समान फ्लैट में रिक्त फ्लैट के ऊपर रहता है। U एक सम संख्या वाले तल पर रहता है और रिक्त फ्लैट के निकटतम उत्तर-पश्चिम में रहता है। W और U अलग-अलग तलों पर रहते हैं। X, रिक्त फ्लैट के उत्तर-पश्चिम में रहता है। R, X के पूर्व में रहता है। कोई भी व्यक्ति P के दक्षिण में नहीं रहता है।

E sits second to the left of K who is from Kota. E and K do not sit at any end of the row. B sits opposite to K and sits adjacent to L. L faces the one who is from Surat. G is from Udupi but does not sit at any end of the row. One person sits between G and A who sits opposite to I. The person who is from Kochi sits immediate left of the one who is from Pune. One of the neighbors of C faces the one who is from Kochi. C is not from Surat. The person who is from Agra sits in row-3 and an immediate neighbor of H who is from Alwar. Six persons R, S, T, U, V and W work on different posts in a company (but not necessarily in the same order as given) and get different hikes (in percent) in their salary. Their hikes lie between the range 15% to 40%. No one gets the same hike. Their posts are MD, CEO, CTO, CFO, Manager and Executive (given order is in decreasing order of seniority from MD to Executive).
T is three posts senior to U. R is junior to U and his hike is a multiple of 5. Ratio between the hike of R and T is 5:7. CFO get least hike and its hike is a prime number. R’s hike is more than CFO’s hike but less than T’s hike. Manger’s hike is twice the hike difference of T’s hike and CFO’s hike. Manager’s hike is not a multiple of 4 and 6. S is just junior to the one whose hike is 19% but both are junior to W. One of the persons gets hike which is 4 times the hike difference of U and CEO.
