Apparently the wind blew the top off and destroyed everything underneath. Tens of thousands in repairs. I just told them to talk with their insurance company.

Major leak resulting from incomplete flashing ended up replacing sections of the wall and laying a layer of ice and water shield and reflashling the corner properly. Finished it for a hair over $3k.

Believe it or not the gutter was the biggest headache here

Big Chimney

Good view today, did an estimate for a crown repair on two chimneys

1920s house with original wood. Hand carved designs, but whoever used the Chimney burned green wood and ruined it. Sad! Also they ran a gas line and had it touching the Chimney, not up to code (don't care but in this case that's retarded)

Tried cleaning this but there's too much creosote
