राजस्थान की भजनलाल सरकार ने साल 2026 के लिए एक लाख नौकरियों का भव्य भर्ती कैलेंडर जारी किया है. सीएम निवास पर इस घोषणा का युवाओं ने तालियों और स्वागत के साथ अभिनंदन किया. लेकिन इस चमक-धमक वाली तस्वीर के पीछे एक कड़वी सच्चाई भी है. सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा ने पारदर्शिता और समयबद्ध नियुक्तियों का वादा किया है, लेकिन पुरानी भर्तियों के चयनित अभ्यर्थी आज भी बेरोजगार बनकर दर-दर भटक रहे हैं. जयपुर की कड़ाके की ठंड में सरकारी दफ्तरों के ठीक बाहर सैकड़ों ऐसे सरकारी कर्मचारी धरने पर बैठे हैं. जिनके हाथों में नियुक्ति पत्र तो है, लेकिन जॉइनिंग का कोई अता-पता नहीं है. नर्सिंग ऑफfसर दो साल से नियुक्ति का इंतजार कर रहे हैं तो आईटीआई टीचर चार महीने से सरकार से बधाई पत्र लेकर पोस्टिंग के इंतजार में बैठे हैं. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के बाहर धरना दे रहे ये वही नर्सिंग ऑफिसर हैं, जिन्होंने साल 2023 में नर्सिंग ऑफिसर की परीक्षा दी थी. अक्टूबर 2023 में रिजल्ट आया, चयन हुआ, नियुक्ति की तैयारी पूरी थी, लेकिन जॉइनिंग से ठीक पांच दिन पहले आचार संहिता लागू हो गई. इसके बाद सरकार बदली और इनके सपने भी फाइलों में उलझ गए. ये सभी नर्सिंग ऑफिसर कोरोना काल में फ्रंटलाइन वॉरियर थे. इन्होंने जान जोखिम में डालकर वैक्सीनेशन और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं दी थीं, जिसके बदले सरकार ने परीक्षा में 15 अंकों का बोनस दिया था. लेकिन नई सरकार ने जब कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर को भी 15 अंकों का बोनस दे दिया, तो करीब 700 नर्सिंग ऑफिसर चयन सूची से बाहर हो गए. वह अब अपनी नियुक्ति के लिए प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं. धरने पर बैठी शांता की गोद में सात महीने का बच्चा है. वह 500 किलोमीटर से ज्यादा दूर से जयपुर आई हैं. आजतक से बात करते हुए शांता बताती हैं कि उन्होंने बिछीवाड़ा तहसील के तलैया पीएचसी में कोरोना के दौरान काम किया. पति अहमदाबाद में मजदूरी करते हैं. नौकरी मिली थी, लेकिन अब नियुक्ति से मना किया जा रहा है. ठंड में खुले आसमान के नीचे बैठकर शांता सरकार से सिर्फ अपना हक मांग रही हैं. इन नर्सिंग ऑफिसर्स का कहना है कि वे भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे हैं. गले में माला पहनकर हाथ जोड़कर सरकार से अपील कर रहे हैं कि उन्हें नियुक्ति दी जाए, वरना उनके पास कोई रास्ता नहीं बचेगा. दिसंबर 2024 में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने आश्वासन दिया था कि फाइल मूव कर दी गई है और वित्त विभाग से मंजूरी मिलते ही पोस्टिंग दी जाएगी, लेकिन अब मंत्री का कहना है कि नियमों के मुताबिक ही कार्यवाही होगी....
