سلام. پیشگیری از سنگ کلیه در فصل گرما در افراد با سابقه قبلی:
در کتاب طب داخلی هاریسون ذکر شده که خوردن مایعات و افزایش حجم ادرار مهمترین عامل پیشگیری از تشکیل سنگ کلیه است.
همچنین ذکر شده خوردن نوشیدنیهایی شامل چای و آب پرتقال با کاهش خطر تشکیل سنگ کلیه همراه است.
همچنین ذکر شده مصرف نمک زیاد، وزن بالا، مکمل ویتامین سی و مکمل کلسیم به خصوص در آقایان مستعد سنگ خطر تشکیل سنگ را بالا میبرد.
کلسیم موجود در غذاهای معمول و لبنیات مشکلی ندارد.

AKI: SGLT2 inhibitors
Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors used for the treatment of diabetes mellitus and related complications do not appear to increase the risk of AKI despite their effects on lowering intraglomerular pressure and inducing natriuresis; in fact, recent studies have suggested a protective effect of these agents in preventing AKI.
