«زندگی با ذهنیت ابدیِ حس قربانی، دوشادوش احساسِ مستمر استحقاق و طلبکاری حرکت میکند؛ و این دو با هم شما را در زندگی باز میدارند» وجود همرمان هر سه تای این موارد با هم در یک فرد سه‌گانه خطرناک رو ایجاد میکنه و تله یا چاله‌ای که دراومدن از اون خیلی سخته: ۱. Entitlement. طلبکار بودن از همه، استحقاق بیشتر از بقیه داشتن. ۲. Victim mindset. ذهنیت قربانی، در زندگی هیچکس به اندازه من سختی و بلا نکشیده، تنها دلیل مشکلات من تروماهایی هستم که سرم اومده. ۳. Hostility. با خشونت و پرخاشگری حق از دست‌رفته‌ام رو میگیرم. ▫️این سه‌گانه خطرناک متفاوت هست با ذهنیت فرد مظلوم؛ که در اون اگرچه قربانی هست و ممکنه دیت به خشونت بزنه اما خودش رو بیشتر از سایر افراد جامعه مستحق نمیدونه. ‌

Scientists have developed a revolutionary injectable therapy that can heal damaged heart tissue after a heart attack—a single IV dose that helps prevent the progression to heart failure by blocking harmful protein interactions and promoting natural repair.⁠ ⁠ Researchers from Northwestern University and UC San Diego have achieved a medical breakthrough with their protein-like polymer (PLP) therapy that can be administered intravenously immediately after a heart attack. Published in Advanced Materials, their study demonstrates that one low-dose injection protects the heart by targeting the molecular roadblocks that prevent natural healing, allowing the body's repair mechanisms to function properly.⁠ ⁠ The therapy works by outsmarting cellular sabotage: after a heart attack, a protein called KEAP1 binds to and destroys Nrf2—the body's key protective protein that normally shields cells from inflammatory damage. The engineered polymers act like molecular "grab-and-hold" agents, intercepting KEAP1 before it can neutralize Nrf2, thus freeing the healing proteins to do their job of preventing stress, inflammation, and cell death.⁠ ⁠ Testing in rat models showed dramatic results: animals receiving the single injection experienced decreased inflammation and cell death, improved cardiac function, and increased growth of new blood vessels. Most remarkably, the therapy remained effective even when administered up to five weeks after the heart attack—providing a crucial window of opportunity for treatment.⁠ ⁠ The platform has broader therapeutic potential beyond heart disease, with researchers identifying applications for macular degeneration, multiple sclerosis, and kidney disease—all conditions involving similar protein interaction dysfunction.
