Shalakany is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for our annual Summer Associate Program which will take place this year in July & August 2024. Who we look for: - Candidates with an excellent academic record who are well rounded, hardworking, passionate, committed, and ambitious. - We expect applicants to display strong commercial awareness, the ability to think for themselves and demonstrate polished interpersonal and social skills. - We also expect applicants to be serious and proactive during the internship and to swiftly adapt to the method of delivery of the program. - In light of the program’s underlying purpose, in order to be admissible when applying to the Program, participants must be enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd or 4th academic year. To be selected, candidates who meet the aforementioned criteria must pass Shalakany’ s screening process and interview which will be conducted in April & May. القاضية حسناء شعبان، رئيسة محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية، أول امرأة تتولى منصب رئيس قضاة محكمة اقتصادية مصرية. ومن خلال العمل الجاد والتصميم، كسرت القاضية حسناء الحواجز وحققت نجاحا في قطاع يهيمن عليه الذكور تقليديا. تخرجت من كلية الحقوق بجامعة الإسكندرية عام 1990. بعد التخرج، أمضت القاضية حسناء 13 عاما ناجحة في العمل في مكتب النيابة الإدارية، وترقت في نهاية المطاف في عام 2006 لتصبح رئيسة نيابة في المكتب الفني لوزارة العدل، مكتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية. ابتداء من عام 2008 ، عملت كقاضية في نظام المحاكم الاقتصادية وعينت رئيسة لمحكمة طنطا الاقتصادية في عام 2018. نجاحها لم يأت بسهولة. وتوضح القاضية حسناء قائلة: "إلى أن يصدر حكم نهائي، يتطلب العمل القضائي تعليما وبحثا ومراجعة مستمرة". وشددت حضرتها على أنه على عكس الوظائف الأخرى التي تنتهي في نهاية اليوم ، يجب على القاضي العمل لساعات طويلة في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع للبحث في القضايا ومراجعتها. تنصح الفتيات اللواتي يرغبن في أن يصبحن قاضيات بتطوير مهاراتهن في القراءة والتفوق في دراستهن واكتساب الخبرة في جميع جوانب الحياة.
