Hey guys hope you all are doing absolutely fine and preparing well for exams.
I was lately getting many msgs about this issue which many of you all are facing. So i just thought to share my views about it. If it helps you'll out i'll be more than happy! πβ€οΈ
So here it is.....
Good afternoon sir
Sir maine study kiya but ab aisa lag raha hai mera kuch study nahi hua hain mai study toh kar leti but woh particular topic baad mein yaad nahi rehmi plz help me out???
Yes. So basically first things first. It's important to know that these are medical exams. They will be stressful to a point because the fear of failing and passing is always there especially for the one's who's preps are still not up to the mark. So here are some points i wanted to tell.
1) This type of common exam anticipatory rxn i would say and not anxiety is very common. Our mind is in a state of fight and flight and chances are it's stressed as well. So it will always happen that whatever you've studied till date will wither here and there a little bit. But pls be confident enough and have good faith that whatever i've studied till date I'll remember it in my exams. If u want u can recite this affirmation a few times. It will cut the -ve crap out.
And it happens with mostly all of us this anticipatory rxn that will i remember what I've studied? Why am i not remembering anything right now? Yes it can happen but as i said if you've studied well enough you'll automatically recollect when the question strikes your eyes! You'll remember it. Don't worry and waste your time in that. Instead read a few answers. Chances are you'll cover something more.
2) Now the main point which i wanted to say,
I can't prescribe homoeopathy medicines right now because it may not be the right time and some frnds may end up proving drugs like aethusa and gels and you'll don't have time too to visit a dr! So what can you do?
Well bach flower remedies comes to rescue us here. When you click this link you'll get directed to a list of Bach flowers which I've sent.
Go through it. If you feel situations getting out of hand. Blindly take it without a second thought it will always help. Bach flower does wonders too! β€οΈ Try it. U can order it online ya any pharmacy you'll get it.
Dosage - Ideally what my sir had given me was in a bottle of 200ml add 10 drops of your selected remedies. You can take upto 4-5 at a time. Take a sip of it every hourly or two hourly. Until things settle! It will work miracles. Let me know on @drchawda if you try and it works!

I am sure it will. So yes. This is what i wanted to say.
That if you've studied and covered something you'll remember it. If you haven't there's no option left.
But if you are stuck midway. Give bach flowers a try. You can self prescribe this atleast and try. I've provided all the Keynotes too of which could help you'll!
So good luck everyone! Study well you all and pass with flying colours ππ» God bless and take care!

Hlo sir I need that notes n trust me I'm not gonna share anything to anyone...
Hello sir I want notes of VDRL test and widal test along with that investigation of UTI
My fellow MedPerspectians,
As you embark on your exams, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes for success and good fortune. You have worked tirelessly, dedicating countless hours to studying, and now the moment has arrived to put your knowledge to the test. Remember, you are more capable than you may realize.
Believe in yourself and trust in the preparation you have undertaken. Have confidence in your abilities and the incredible journey you have undertaken to reach this point. Embrace the challenge before you, knowing that it is an opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise.
Stay calm, focused, and composed during your exams. Take deep breaths, clear your mind, and approach each question with a systematic and analytical mindset. Remember to read each question carefully and allocate your time wisely. Don't be afraid to ask for clarification if needed, and always double-check your answers before submitting.
It's important to remember that success is not solely determined by the outcome of these exams. You have already achieved so much by pursuing a career in medicine, and regardless of the results, you are on a path of immense significance and impact.
Take care of your physical and mental well-being during this challenging period. Get enough rest, eat nutritious meals, and find time to relax and recharge. Seek support from your loved ones, friends, and mentors who can provide encouragement and motivation.
No matter what happens, always remember that you are part of a resilient and compassionate community of medical professionals. You have chosen a noble path, one that requires dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Trust in your abilities, embrace the journey, and let your passion for medicine guide you.
I wish you the best of luck in your exams. May your hard work, knowledge, and dedication shine through, leading you to a successful and fulfilling future in medicine.
You've got this!
Warm regards,
Dr. Chintan Chawda β€οΈππ―β¨π€²π»ππ»
