شاعت حُقن البلازما الغنية بالصفيحات الدموية في العديد من التطبيقات العلاجية لتسريع عملية شفاء النسج، وأهم مايميزها هو أنها منتج ذاتي (مأخوذة من نفس الشخص)، وتعتمد على احتوائها على عدد كبير من الصفيحات الدموية في حجم صغير من البلازما.هذا وقد سمح التقدم التكنولوجي في الفترة الأخيرة باستخدام هذه التقنية في العيادات أيضاً واستخدمت لتحسين حالات سريرية عدة.لكن تختلف درجات الاستجابة لهذه التقنية، كما تختلف آثارها الجانبية بين شخص وآخر. تهدف هذه الاستبانة لدراسة انتشار استخدام تقنية الحقن بالبلازما الغنية بالصفيحات الدموية في المجالات المختلفة (البشرة والشعر/ المفاصل) واستقصاء الفوائد والآثار الجانبية الناتجة عن استخدام هذه التقنية.يتم توجيه هذا الاستبيان إلى المرضى الذين يعانون من مشاكل البشرة وتساقط الشعر وآلام المفاصل وقاموا باستخدام تقنية الحقن بالبلازما الغنية بالصفيحات الدموية.علماً أن هذا الاستبيان سري هدفه خدمة البحث العلمي فقط.
