Hydrogen gas is lighter than air and can be ignited by a flame or spark, resulting in a spectacular explosion.

Robo-Dogs
If you think robo-dogs are clumsy and slow, here's a study where scientists have trained an algorithm for certain actions, using a neural network and without any human control.
Such a system allows the robo-dog to autonomously adjust different movement skills in a variety of conditions (soft surface, slippery, etc.). Also, the robot itself can get up after falling on its back.

💡 Magnetic levitation is a technology, a method of lifting an object using a magnetic field alone. Magnetic pressure is used to compensate for the acceleration of free fall or any other accelerations.

Scientific progress has made its way to fishing.
The Chinese company Chasing Innovation, a manufacturer of underwater drones, presented its next novelty - the Fish Finder Chasing F1 drone for fishermen.
It is a tiny buoy-shaped vessel controlled via Wi-Fi at a distance of up to 30 meters using a mobile app.

We successfully completed the second phase of the POC MRI testing, the world's first mobile MRI!
The device was used in the ICU in the "dirty zone" with COVID-19 patients who were diagnosed with acute neurological disorders.
Best of all, the MRI machine was simply brought there as an ordinary wheelchair, so compact and handy.

Reduce the air drag area and get a speed increase due to aerodynamics.
Point out that it's a fixed gear bike. There is no freewheel on the fixies and the pedals are constantly spinning if the rear wheel is in motion. Also, no brakes are there. When you descend a hill, as in the gif, and let go of the pedals, the cyclist makes them spin freely. Racers with their feet on the pedals just cannot be as fast spinning them, so the cyclist in the swallow position gets an extra advantage.

Why do two halves of grapes create such a "fire show" in the microwave?
Grapes direct microwave energy to the same spot, creating an electromagnetic field between them. As this electromagnetic point builds up energy, it overloads nearby electrolytes, causing a jet of plasma to rise into the air.

Fabric that Recognizes Objects
💡 Scientists from Dartmouth College, in collaboration with Microsoft, have developed a way for recognizing contact objects to create interactive fabrics.
The authors named the new technology Capacitivo and have already found how to apply it, namely as a tablecloth that can come up with recipes itself!!!
The fabric looks like a grid of electrodes attached to a textile backing. Built-in sensors study the electrical capacitance of an object, and then, transmit that data to the device. The fabric uses the principle of a touch screen that reads your finger.
After several tests, scientists found that the system was 94.5% accurate. And in the case of liquids, it was 96% accurate.
