There's nothing terribly wrong with your life. You're just not particularly enjoying it. Try explaining THAT without sounding ungrateful 😂 You've built the life. Raised the children. Paid the bills. Been responsible. Been the capable one (or some version of this...) And then one day you think… I don't want the next 20 years to feel like this. That doesn't mean leaving your husband, selling the house and buggering off to Bali to “find yourself”. It might simply mean you've spent so long doing what needed to be done, you've forgotten to ask: What do I actually want now? You can be grateful for your life AND want something different from it. In fact, I'd rather ask that question at 50 than wake up at 70 wishing I had. Anyone else?

What if the thing that made you strong… is now the thing keeping you stuck? I've always been a very capable woman. Independent. Get on with it. Sort it out. Find a way. And for most of my life, I've been pretty damn good at it. 😂 The interesting thing about self-sabotage is that it doesn't always look like weakness. Sometimes it looks like strength. Being fiercely independent. Always being the responsible one. Needing to stay in control. Putting everyone else first. Never asking for help. These behaviours may have helped you become the woman you are today. The question is: Are they helping you become the woman you want to be NEXT? You don't need to stop being strong or capable. You might just need to stop automatically repeating strategies that belonged to a different chapter of your life. And perhaps start asking: What do I actually want NOW? If this has made you curious about the patterns running your own life and you'd like some help identifying them, comment ME below and I'll send you some information about how I work. You've got far too much life ahead of you to spend it automatically repeating the first half. ❤️

Do you think “waking up” can at some stage actually stopping you from living? I know this one because I’ve done it myself. Research. Question. Learn. Another interview. Another rabbit hole. Another thing I apparently NEED to know. 😩 I’m not suggesting for one second that we stop questioning what’s happening around us. Quite the opposite. I’m asking something else: What are you actually DOING with everything you already know? Has knowing more made you freer? Happier? More confident in your decisions? More excited about your future? Or are you just really bloody well informed about everything that’s wrong? 😂 There comes a point when perhaps the next rabbit hole isn’t another podcast, expert or revelation. It’s YOU. Your patterns. Your choices. Your behaviour. What you actually want your life to look like. Keep questioning the world. Just don’t become so consumed by what’s happening OUT THERE that you forget you still have a life to create IN HERE. Being informed matters. So does actually LIVING. Please do share: Has knowing more made you feel more empowered, or more overwhelmed? If empowered please share your tips below

Whatever you think about geoengineering… hear the argument before you dismiss it. In my latest interview, Dane Wigington makes some extraordinary claims about weather modification, HAARP, our atmosphere and what he believes is happening to the planet’s life-support systems. You may agree with him. You may completely disagree. You may never have looked into any of this before. This conversation is for ALL of you. And if this subject triggers you, if you’re absolutely certain you already know what’s happening to our climate, our planet and the answer is Net Zero — then I’d especially ask you to give us an hour. Listen to Dane’s argument. Look at what he presents. Question it. Challenge it. You don’t have to agree. You just have to be willing to listen. This planet affects every single one of us. Surely it deserves at least that. As Dane says: Don’t blindly believe me. LOOK. QUESTION. INVESTIGATE. MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND. Comment WEATHER and I’ll send you the full conversation on whichever platform you prefer.

I’m reading Brave New World at the moment and it’s making me reminisce for the “good old days” 😂 Seriously though… look through these. Are there any you actually disagree with? Such simple things, yet some of the modern alternatives have had pretty profound consequences. We’re always looking for the next thing to ADD to make ourselves healthier, happier, better. Sometimes change is much simpler. Do less. Remove something. Go back to basics. Natural living isn’t a trend. It’s remembering what we never needed to abandon. What’s one “old-fashioned” habit you’d bring back? Credits to @embodied_waters for post inspo 👏

It's easy really. 😂 Step 1: Take responsibility for yourself. Step 2: Take responsibility for yourself. Yes, it's important enough to be on here twice. Step 3: Learn who to trust: and more importantly, learn what questions to ask. Step 4: Support the people who have REAL skills and knowledge that we need to keep alive. Step 5: Make sure YOU have useful skills too ..skills that can help you, your family and other people. There we go. Today's lesson is over. Now go out and play. OUTSIDE. 😂🌿

🐺 DON’T BECOME A LONE WOLF. 🐑 DON’T BECOME A SHEEP. 🧠 BECOME HARDER TO CONTROL. Wars. Propaganda. Surveillance. Resources. Control. Who’s actually pulling the strings? The more you understand, the easier it can be to think the answer is to opt out of everything. Go off-grid. Trust nobody. Depend on nobody. Except humans aren’t designed to live as lone wolves. And the alternative isn’t becoming sheep either. 🐑 One of my favourite parts of this conversation with Michael Yon and Christian White was looking at what we can actually DO. 🧠 Keep an open mind. 🔎 Question everything, including the alternative narrative. 🤝 Know your neighbours. 🛠️ Learn useful skills. 🌱 Build resilience. 👨‍👩‍👧 Create strong human networks. 💪 Stop believing you’re powerless. Real independence isn’t needing nobody. It’s making sure your entire ability to live doesn’t depend upon one system, one authority or one source of information. And remember: We are the children of survivors. Our families survived wars, disease, disasters and extraordinary hardship. We’re still here. Time to use it. 🎥 This was a GREAT conversation. There are interviews you listen to because you’re interested… and there are interviews you listen to because you absolutely need this information. For me, this is firmly in the second category. For anyone who is sceptical — or who has sceptical friends and family and doesn’t know where to start — I really hope this helps. Please watch, question, make up your own mind — and share this one widely. https://youtu.be/Hdq5gKkcTqA
