Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a Japanese company
- Mandatory: Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or other relevant HSE certifications
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Familiar with emergency response, PPE management, environmental compliance, and workplace safety programs

Key Responsibilities:
