Men! Let me tell you about my man. Ufff, the way he loves me, it's like he's holding the whole world in his heart. And aghh, the way he cares, it's like every little thing matters to him. Men in love, they shine bright like a star in the night sky. But you know, men, they don't always express their feelings. They've grown up learning to put others first, to give their lives for others without expecting anything in return. No matter what situation is, women get emotional, but they never think, "How did this happen?" They're always like, "What can we do now?" They can't even share their feelings, it's like a part of them is locked away. We've made a habit out of setting targets for men, expecting them to do everything. They fulfill all our needs, every desire. Women sacrifice so much, from periods to pregnancy they suffer alot but men's lives aren't simple either. When a man earns, everyone says, "It's his responsibility," but why? Why do we treat it like it's nothing big for him to earn? But if a woman runs the house and the guy is not working, the whole society will make fun of him and more. It's a double standard that needs to change. Men's efforts should be equally appreciated and acknowledged, just like women's. Everyone's contribution should be valued, regardless of gender. Guyss men are so pure-hearted. Women keep counting their deeds, like, "She got up, did this, did that, made tea, cleaned, managing househols and so on" but did you ever see a man counting on stuffs like "he wakes up at 5 in the morning, does this, does that, goes to the office, even if he didn't have enough money but had to buy toys for the kids? No, nobody counts that." Men are just so lovely, they just want love. Men in love, they are home. They settle down, they make it evident. Men in love are no mystery, they are treasures, hard to find and most often taken for granted. Men are just - "sighs" Men are fascinating creatures, full of strength and sensitivity. They can be like rocks, dependable and solid, yet also like water, flowing and adaptable. They have a unique way of dealing with the world, often keeping their feelings to themselves to appear strong. But deep down, they also have a need to connect and be understood. You'll feel this warmth I spoke of when a good man loves you. It's a feeling of security, of being truly cared for. It's knowing that no matter what happens, there's someone who will always be there for you. So let's celebrate the men in our lives, for they are truly special, and their love makes our world a better place. Let's not forget to appreciate them, to cherish them, for they are the pillars of our lives, the strength in our weakest moments. Let's celebrate the men in our lives, for they are truly special, in ways we often overlook.

It's a feeling that hits you like a ton of bricks, a pain so deep it's hard to put into words. You find yourself in tears, not knowing why. It's like a dam bursting, releasing all the emotions you've held back for so long. You cry every month, every week, every day, and each time it feels like a release, but also a burden. You cry so hard, it feels like your whole body is crying with you, except your eyes, which have run out of tears. When your tears have stopped but you're still crying inside, it's like a silent storm raging within you. It's as if your heart is weeping, but your eyes have run dry, leaving behind a numbness that is almost unbearable. You feel hollow, like a shell of your former self, carrying the weight of unspoken pain and unsung sorrows. You try to hide it, to put on a brave face for the world, but inside, you're crumbling. It's like wearing a mask, pretending that everything is okay when in reality, you're falling apart. You feel invisible, as if no one can see the turmoil that's devouring you from within. You long for someone to see beyond the facade, to understand the silent screams of your soul. It's in these moments that people often misunderstand. They wonder why someone would cry so much. If only they knew that sometimes, tears are the only way to express what words cannot. It's a release, a way to let go of the pain and hurt that's been building up inside. If only they could understand that crying is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. It takes courage to let yourself feel so deeply, to let yourself be vulnerable. And then there are the panic attacks. Panic attacks. They come out of nowhere, gripping you in fear, making it hard to breathe. Your heart races, your palms sweat, and it feels like the world is closing in on you. You try to calm yourself down, but it's like trying to stop a tornado with your bare hands. You feel helpless, lost, like you're drowning in your own mind. You long for relief, for a way to let go of the pain that's buried deep within you. But that refuses to leave your side. You try to smile, to pretend that everything is okay, but inside, you're drowning in sorrow. In these moments, it's important to remember that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to cry, to feel the pain, and to acknowledge that life isn't always easy. And while it may feel like the storm will never end, know that there is always hope. You are not alone in your struggle, and there are people who care about you and want to help you through this difficult time. So, please I'm requesting to each and everyone of you - the next time you see someone crying, or struggling with a panic attack, don't judge. Instead, try to understand. Offer a shoulder to lean on, a hand to hold. Sometimes, all it takes is a little empathy to make someone feel understood and supported. Because in the end, we all just want to be heard, to be seen, and to be loved.

You know, it's like when you're all cozied up in bed, feeling safe and sound. Your feet are out, just hanging there, not a care in the world. You're thinking about anything and everything, but definitely not about those silly monsters that supposedly hide under your bed. Life feels good, you're comfortable in your own skin, no fear creeping up your ribs. Then suddenly, it hits you. A wave of loneliness washes over you, and you start to feel it sinking in. That's when you realize, there's no one there to save you from this feeling, from this battle you can't seem to win. You quickly tuck your feet back under the covers, trying to shield yourself from... from what exactly? You're not sure, but you're scared nonetheless. Scared that something might pull you out from under the safety of your blanket. You wrap yourself tighter, guarding every inch of your body. But deep down, you know that this covering, this shield, can it really protect you? Can it keep away the monsters, not just the ones under the bed but the ones in your mind? Are you just trying to save yourself from something that's not even real? It's like a battle with your own thoughts, your own fears. You take a deep breath, trying to calm your racing heart. You let out a sigh, a mix of relief and fear. Jesus, it's all so confusing. All you want is to feel safe, to feel secure. But how do you do that when the enemy is within you, lurking in the shadows of your mind? Sigh. You shiver slightly, the fear creeping back in. You try to shake it off, but it clings to you like a stubborn shadow. You close your eyes, trying to shut out the thoughts, the fears, the doubts. But they persist, nagging at you, wearing you down. You feel a lump form in your throat, a knot of anxiety tightening in your chest. You try to swallow it down, but it's like trying to swallow a rock. You let out a shaky breath, a small whimper escaping your lips. You feel tears welling up in your eyes, threatening to spill over. You wipe them away hastily, trying to regain your composure. You're not going to let this fear, this doubt, this loneliness, win. You take a deep, shaky breath, steeling yourself for the battle ahead. You may be scared, but you're not going to let it defeat you.

Even when you're not present, there are people who speak highly of you, rooting for your success. There are those who actively plot ways to help you triumph, who pray for your happiness, and who wish only the best for you. Despite how it may sometimes feel, not everyone is working against you. There is goodness and positivity in the world, even in the face of negativity. For every instance of evil or hardship you encounter, there is always a counterbalancing force of good. This is a reminder that you are not alone, and that positivity and kindness exist, ready to uplift and support you.

To anyone feeling scared or stressed about the day ahead, I admire you for getting up and facing whatever is making you anxious. It would be easier to stay in bed and avoid life's challenges, but you're choosing to confront them head-on. Take a deep breath and give yourself credit. Doing things you need to do but don't want to do is hard, especially when fear and worry are on your mind. I believe in you and trust in your abilities. You've faced and conquered challenges before, and I know you can do it again this time.

Ground yourself in the present...especially when things aren't going spectacular in life, it's so easy to associate with our emotions nd mental chatter, nd overlook the vastness of life beyond our problems. Tune inward. Get quiet. Take care of yourself. Simply notice what your mind nd body are trying to tell you without identifying with any of it. When we pause and create distance between our internal and external worlds, we can focus on responding to life rather than reacting to it. It's through this practice of slowing down and allowing your intuitive wisdom to speak that you'll feel tugs in the right direction.

Often, our focus tends to gravitate towards what's not going well in our lives. But what if we decided to change that perspective? What if, instead of fixating on the negatives, we actively sought out the positives and made a conscious effort to see all the good things happening around us? Imagine waking up each morning with a new mindset, not dreading the day ahead but instead, searching for those little moments of love and joy. It could be the smile of someone whom you love, the warmth of the sun on your face, or a kind word from your parents. These moments, when we intentionally seek them out, have the power to brighten our entire day. It's like putting on a different pair of glasses—ones that help you see the beauty and love that's already present, just waiting to be noticed. So why not give it a try? Start looking for love in the little things, and you might be surprised at how much happiness you can find in your day-to-day life.

There's a weird kind of emptiness that comes with consuming content on social media where everyone is selling this idea of a perfect life and none of those ideas look like the kind of life you live. None of those clothes are the kind of clothes you own and the good life is only ever lived in cities so inaccessible and expensive that anything good in your life that you have right now will vanish, you look at these pictures and videos of people you admire and you want to admire them but you're like ??? Why do they get what I don't ??? And then you hate yourself for thinking like that and comment on their pictures to make up for your rotten brain. You wake up and yearn for a life that you probably won't ever live and even if you do ever live it you know that you'll be unsatisfied with it somehow and that you'll want somebody else' life. And you know the answer to it all is to just be happy with what you want and to know what you have is enough but then how can you be happy when you see ten different versions of happy on your timeline that look better than your version? And then you're reminded none of this matters and there's literally a war going on and that your stupid little issues are inconsequential but you can't stop feeling them and that makes you feel worse because you should be reading about the war but here you are crying about the fact that you don't live in the most expensive city in the world.

And on the really tough days, when it feels like you're giving everything you have just to believe that you're okay, remember how far you've come. Remember those times when you didn't want to admit it to anyone, but there was a little voice in your head saying, "Maybe this isn't worth it. Maybe I can't keep going. Maybe I'm not strong enough." And yet, despite those doubts, you found something within yourself to get through another day. And another. You've survived every impossible day you've ever faced. Can't you see? You're not just trying to convince yourself that you're enough. You're an incredible and fierce warrior. You're strong, resilient, and powerful. The energy of the entire universe flows within you. You're courageous, passionate, and absolutely stunning. You're a gift to everyone who knows you. Your kindness, empathy, light, and love are all extraordinary and so much more than just "enough." So, please, when you're struggling to believe in yourself, remember who you are. Remember the journey you've been on. Remember the stubborn and resilient heart that beats inside you. Remember, you are so much more.
