关于动态流控 白天无任何流控，晚高峰（18：00 - 2：00 UTC+8）单个用户封顶500Mbps带宽。晚高峰流控机制如下：系统会精准记录每个用户的带宽使用情况，当用户使用的带宽成本超出了所购买套餐的价格，系统会尝试精准针对该用户进行限制，直到该用户所占用的带宽成本之后不再超出他所消费的金额为止。流控系统每15分钟更新一次实时数据，当它认为该用户经过一段时间的限制之后不再会造成实际消费金额小于所占带宽成本的情况时，则会逐步为该用户放开限速。用户即使被系统判定为需要被精准限制，但由于白天的带宽非常空，所以白天会自动切换至无限制状态，所有面向用户的精准流控策略仅在晚高峰时段生效。 虽然非高峰期无流控措施，但依旧会记录每个用户的带宽消耗情况，非高峰时段的资源消耗在流控记录中的权重占比目前为50%。这意味着在白天进行大带宽应用更加不容易触发晚高峰时段的单人精准流控。 该系统上线运行已经有接近两年的时间，数据表明遇到过精准限制带宽的用户量小于总用户量的0.5%，而这0.5%以下数量的用户晚高峰如果不做任何限制则占用了40%以上的带宽。
