This document is the state trying to stop the case from being dismissed.. what’s important is the Supreme Court cases that this person quotes stating that state nationals are against the constitution.. it’s all in the wording and it’s very confusing:

Conclusion, don’t do anything anyone says until you fully understand what you’re doing. It doesn’t mean it’s wrong it just means if you do it wrong then you’re screwed.. do research it’s worth it..
