Sen. Rand Paul on Monday subpoenaed Dr. Anthony Fauci to testify publicly next month before the U.S. Senate, after Fauci backed out of a voluntary appearance.
Fauci will have to testify before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, which Paul chairs.
