2022 apfc

Some students are asking me about APFC Though jab ye APFC craze by coaching start nhi hua tha usse phle yha information de di gyi thi in 2022... Will tag that post.. Now coming to job profile, sbse pehle out of all available options ( exam) bina mains k kam he reh gye hain level 10 jobs k liye even lesser without job experience k liye, So is angle se it's a golden opportunity. Now technically, EPFO is a statutory organisation , and employees under it are technically not "government employees" , but here government means central government ( directly nhi h but waise government employees he hote hain) APFC is level 10 , Group A, non ministerial ( It's a gazetted post as gazette mein publish hota h due to statute) But it's not a gazted group A central government post. ( Directly apply nhi hote central govt k rules , and Finances etc) But yes, equivalent hai and that is important. It's not an organized service, so promotion slow hai ( compared to organized service) but cadre restructuring ho skti h aage). Compared to CSE posts, I would say you can't directly compare,, you have to see what's your priority. But here(APFC) you have powers of court ( within stature for enforcement) ,so it's upto you, it can be discussed in detail in voice notes in comment section... But overall CSE ki kafi sari jobs se niche rkha ja skta h ( but remember CSE mains deke and intrvw k baad milti hain posts😄) and kucch CSE posts se upar rkh skte.. State pcs , like if we compare with HCS executive, hcs executive is far better, But if compared to allied post , APFC can be preferred Cons - a part from already pointed out - slow promotion ( it can be compared to State pcs jobs) Transfer every 3 year( like central govt group A job) Pro- 1) quasi judicial power 2) commissioner name in post( common you are preparing for govt job and you now what's in the name) 3) administrative responsibilities, ddo power like any other group A post.. 4) enforcement power( like income tax or gst etc but for pension/pf case) Overall it's a golden opportunity, don't waste your time, just go for it✌️👍

Essay topic - A thorn is a changed bud Brainstorming.... A bud is that part of a plant which contains embryonic tissue, it drives new growth, allowing plant to develop and produce new leaves stems, flowers , expand its growth, some bud changes to thorn, to protect other buds from predators..... From ancient times, history has witnessed many such thorns who, despite facing adversity, stood tall to protect and nurture countless buds, paving the way for the growth and development of the nation..... My theme for this essay,,, from history to present, and opening dimensions in present quoting examples of all those 'thorns'

All the best for CSE Mains 2026✌️👍

For topics remained uncovered For topics "you think" is imp For topics in priority Caution - 1)use it with a pinch of salt, just for fodder and if you think it's better thn your own understanding. 2) not for anxiety or underestimating your preparation, only for a help if required.
