Four years ago today on 14 April 2021, NZDSOS began a series of impactful open letters that would chronicle New Zealand's Covid response. By questioning, raising alarms, and speaking out, these letters documented the unfolding events. From small beginnings, challenging the use of provisional consent for Comirnaty, NZDSOS is now an established voice with over 300 members, many more silent professionals who support us, over 50 thousand subscribers and countless public supporters who look to us for truth. We are aligned and in communication with similar groups across the nation and across the world. The journey has been challenging. We've faced censorship, ridicule, financial penalties and professional ostracism. Some of our medical members have lost their careers, and even their homes. Others face ongoing legal challenges and attacks. Throughout it all, we've remained committed to standing, fighting for medical freedom, informed consent, and truth and upholding the Hippocratic Oath of First, Do No Harm.

NZDSOS - NZ Doctors Speaking Out with Science statement on puberty blockers: NZDSOS believes that hormone blockers with irreversible lifelong consequences should be treated with the utmost caution. The known harms to bone density, brain development, sexual response - some can lose the ability permanently to orgasm for instance - and fertility, demand transparency and independent, robust research to assess if these these interventions are ever appropriate for young people. New Zealand’s review aligns with international trends, such as the UK’s move to restrict puberty blockers outside clinical trials and a significant shift in the US, even to criminalise in some States. While some argue tighter controls might harm transgender youth by limiting access to care, others insist that safety (First, do no harm!) and evidence must come first to protect vulnerable young people. This is our position at NZDSOS. Like with the ongoing steamrolling of fluoridation into the population against all scientific rationale and international consensus, and the continuing promotion of clearly toxic covid-19 jabs down to 6 month olds - uncommon in the first world - NZ is becoming the "hermit kingdom" of the science world. We urge strongly that sanity and caution returns to child and young adult healthcare, and that the very promotion of "gender affirming care" is seen as an assault on the development of children's stable sense of self and identity which experienced and grounded practitioners recognise as vital.

This statement was made today by the lawyer representing the Therapeutic Goods Association in the court hearing, to dismiss the class action lawsuit that Dr Melissa McCann is pursuing for the vaccine injured. "The final sentence of that paragraph suggest they were bound at all times by a duty to act for the public good. "Your honour the source of that duty is not identified anywhere. "It is not identified by any statutory provisions, it's not identified by reference to any constitutional provisions, it's not identified by reference to any precedent based in in taught and it's certainly a misconception if it is said to be a duty to act in the public good". So does this also correlate across the Tasman to New Zealand with Medsafe?

Dr Melissa McCann and her c-19 vaccine injury class action lawsuit will be in today for a preliminary hearing. Dr McCann, former pharmacist turned GP was initially on board with the Australian government’s covid response but in late 2021 as the mandates approached and increasing numbers of her patients got vaccinated, she heard the same question repeatedly. Do you think my new symptoms (blood clot, miscarriage, stroke, heart attack, neurological condition, undiagnosable issue etc.) could be caused by the vaccine I got at the pharmacy last week? She decided to look into the safety monitoring data of the Australian Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) and was horrified by what she could see in terms of adverse events. She wrote multiple letters to officials but was even more perturbed by their responses which dismissed the overwhelming safety concerns present, which included the deaths of children. The responses of the authorities did not align with her knowledge of how safety monitoring of medication should be undertaken. She has since commenced a class action seeking compensation for the vaccine injured, deceased and bereaved in Australia and is representing nearly 2000 people. The hearing early next week is taking place because the TGA want summary dismissal of the case on the basis that the TGA, when it authorised the covid vaccine, had no duty of care to the Australian people. According to Dr McCann the TGA have not denied or challenged the science, the medical content of the claim or the allegations made of the harm caused, they are simply saying that no-one can owe a duty of care to the entire Australian population!
