The great covid white wash is out now. At last, we can read and then bin the long awaited RCI report. We guarantee it cannot possibly account for all the damage or the jabs would have been quietly stopped in the commission's early stages. But will it buck the trend of similar governments congratulating themselves? Except that the US Congressional Inquiry was scathing of Fauci et al. Can we hope for a similarly brave and honest assessment from Illingworth et al? We have our grave doubts, and look forward to moving to next phase of our work, proper disclosure, to help rescue NZ for the generations to come. If you can help, please donate. Dr Tracy Chandler has been handed down an excessive punishment from the MCNZ, for acting in accordance with her conscience and her oath. Tracy has been punished with a 3-month suspension (unpaid), 3 years of “supervision” and a $5000 fine, despite an unblemished 25-year career and countless testimonials from grateful patients. Adding to the miscarriage of justice, NONE of the complaints came from patients themselves. The stress of being persecuted by the medical council led to Tracy undergoing emergency, life-saving surgery for a twisted bowel in August 2024. Despite medical advice from four health professionals recommending that her tribunal be delayed until she recovered, the Medical Council took advantage of the situation, leaving her unable to attend and defend herself and now her family faces significant hardship as she needs to continue paying for the medical costs for her ongoing health issues, and loss of income. Thank you everyone, we couldn’t do any of this without you. It may feel galling to have to pay legal firm Dentons for their representation of the Medical Council of NZ (MCNZ) and Dental Council (DC) however we discovered: The MCNZ believed the c-19 vaccine to be a zero-risk product The MCNZ and DC did not do any independent assessment of the science with regards to risks from c-19 infection, or efficacy and safety of c-19 vaccine The MCNZ is captured by/intertwined with international organisations and the WHO The MCNZ members had a derogatory and vindictive attitude to doctors who questioned the c-19 narrative, pursuing witch-hunts and show trials to this day The MCNZ ignored the courts when told to stop persecution The DGoH ignored a court order to perform a BORA analysis of compulsory fluoridation Our Court ignored a powerful California Supreme Court precedent (and most countries) which agreed fluoridation causes brain damage in babies and poses unacceptable risks to all The Crown and at least one appeal court judge agreed it is arduous for officials to have to consider our rights when making decisions Some judges announce a pro-vaccine bias at the start, which scuppers the court’s responsibility – to search for the truth of a matter Some lawyers facing us have deceived judges on crucial issues While we have no plans for further court action at the moment, we’re not going anywhere. The Royal Commission of Inquiry public hearings for government officials, scheduled for next week, have been canceled - as it's "no longer justified". An explanation is available on their website. We are wondering about the pressures the Commission has been under. The quality of evidence presented from leaders of the covid response has been difficult to listen to and believe. Next week would have offered valuable insights for science and ethics advocates. What lessons do they not want to learn? This reflects poorly on authorities. This is on an NZ Pfizer death report to VAERS - elderly patient with minimal details: "As per company causality guidance, the event of death with unknown cause is assessed as related until the cause of death is clarified and re-assessed based on additional data."
